On the 24th of April, 1982, Jane Fonda released her first workout video. Little did she know how this trend would ripple across the entire fitness industry and change everything for good. Fast forward nearly three decades, and Beachbody was testing the waters for yet another evolutionary leap.
Released and sold separately, p90X and the Insanity workout thoroughly redefined home fitness. Plenty of thematic programs were to follow, establishing Beachbody as one of the most innovative fitness companies.
But the year is 2019 and there is another evolution in progress – on demand fitness has changed the rules, and now home workout programs are more available than ever. Beachbody on Demand is definitely leading the pack with over 60 programs, nutrition guides, and motivational materials. We wrote a huge review about it covering why it’s probably the best platform on the market.
