Which Length Is Right For You?
Generally, the 8-feet yoga strap is considered our most universal strap, but for taller people, an 10-feet strap will provide ample length to hold an outstretched leg, and still a comfortable amount of strap to hold onto. Some yogis prefer to have multiple straps at different lengths on hand to help with any pose or situation.
