If one is good, more are better! The 2018 Nordica Enforcer 110 is another gold star in Nordica’s ever-present Enforcer line. At this point, you can simply choose your Enforcer based on the day and conditions. For us Enforcer enthusiasts, this is a great thing! The 2018 Enforcer 110 is a snowy day ski, for east or west coasts, because of its shape, profile, and construction. Pretty much every skier enjoys skiing fresh snow. If you don’t, it’s probably because you don’t have the right skis. The Enforcer 110 has a great shape for ripping powder. With a 140/110/129 side cut and an 18.5 meter turn radius, the Enforcer 110 has enough width to handle a heaping portion of snow, and a short enough radius to carve some serious turns in the chop. That radius is enough even to carve some GS turns on the hardpack, but is certainly better suited for softer snow. Featuring a rocker/camber/rocker profile, the 2018 Enforcer 110 handles all types of snow, both fresh and stale. The blunt nose tip rises up and stays on top of nearly anything while the turned up tail doesn’t hook or hold you in the turn longer than you need or want to be. Underfoot camber is essential for making proper turns, and provides an ample amount of energy and rebound from one side to the next. For a 110mm waist, the Enforcer is quite quick edge to edge. Continuing the Enforcer tradition is a full wood core with two thin titanal sheets-this makes for an incredibly quick, but solid feel that we’ve found to be second to none. The construction appears to be as close to flawless as we’ve seen, and the Enforcer 110 is going to be a great addition to the family.
