1. Why does the tracker seem to count more “steps” than I actually walk?
This is because people wear fitness trackers on their wrist and swing their arms when not walking. The fitness tracker counts “steps” by recording the movement of itself. We suggest you wear the tracker on your non-dominant hand. 2. Why does my tracker only track steps part of the day?
If you set “day time” as 9:00 AM~9:00 PM (09:00-2100), the remaining time will be “sleep time”, it does not record steps during “sleep time”, please change the setting if it doesn’t match your schedule.
Note:There are 2 layer protective film on the screen, the 1st layer should be removed before you start to use, the 2nd layer can be leave on the screen, until it peel off by itself.
