After using the Coffea H7-HR for 3 days, I feel confident enough about writing this review. It is an elegant and minimalistic fitness watch, with tons of features and premium grade quality. The strap feels comfortable against the wrist, it is lightweight, and matches easily with any fitness apparel. The extra silicone strap, which comes in either navy, purple, read or teal is super handy for transforming your watch given your mood, clothes or occasion.
Super accurate heart rate monitor
The main advantage of the Coffea, aside from sleek design and affordable price, is its accurate heart rate monitor. It almost lives up to my Garmin Phoenix – placing itself as one of the best fitness trackers we have ever reviewed within this price range.
Aside from the accurate heart rate monitor, the other measurements are surprisingly correct as well. And you have your step counter, calorie counter, distance and speed tracker.
Sleep and breathing monitor
If you are serious about monitoring your sleep patterns, and improving the quality of your sleep, this is one heck of a tool. It reads your deep sleep cycles like a Swiss clock.
As far as breathing goes, I really like the option for guided breathing, which is quite relaxing when you incorporate this practice in your everyday schedule.
Tons of other features
It is surprising to me how many features the Coffea H7-HR can really pack inside of a tiny and elegant watch.
You have a weather forecast that pairs with your smartphone, 14 training modes, with 8 of which are default and 6 come with the app – including running, fitness, cycling, treadmill, hiking, walking and many more.
You also have a remote camera and music controller, and several notifications including a sedentary alarm which lets you know when to perform a physical activity. You can interact with calls and messages as well, all from the 0.96 inch OLED touchscreen display.
The battery life is excellent, with marketed time of up to 7 days, on a single hour charge via the USB port.
The waterproof rating reads IP67, which is quite more than I expected within this price range, and it means that you can go outside, comfortably running even after it starts to rain.
The Coffea H7-HR features a 4.0 Bluetooth version, and cap pair with devices that have iOS 7.1 or above, and Android 4.4 or above (which is majority, if not all smartphones that are in use today).
