Slack lining is the act of balancing along a narrow, flexible piece of webbing usually low to the ground.
Originating in the climbing world, it has become popular for balance training and now, thanks to Hq Inspiration, is available to everyone.
No additional tools or rigging are needed; just the kit and a couple of trees and you’re ready to go.
How to assemble:
1. Search for a suitable location to anchor the balance strap. To avoid damage to the material only tighten the balance strap around the trees with a 30 cm diameter (approx 1m circumference) and maximum of 1.70 m. If you use other anchoring solution.
