February 15, 1943 Order of the Navy Commander’s number 51 introduced new insignia for the personnel of the Navy. According to this order cadets VMMA supposed to wear epaulettes on his overcoat, pea coat – of black cloth, and epaulettes on the flannel shirts, work uniforms uniform color of the material. The width of the shoulder strap was placed 6 cm, height 14-16 cm; epaulettes width – 6 cm, height – 5 cm. On the shoulder straps and epaulettes superimposed silver metal anchor height 60 and 43 mm, respectively. Anchors in the longitudinal center line of the shoulder straps and epaulettes at 10 and 3.5 mm from the bottom. Material : aluminum // Size : 45 by 25 mm
